Multiplication War: (by IXL Learning) based on the classic card game! Don’t have a deck of cards? Make your own!

Top Dog! (by SD43 Numeracy Lab) allows learners to target specific multiplication facts. A fun and accessible game that families can make and play.

Money in the Bank (by SD43 Numeracy Lab) is another game to help learners zero-in on specific times table facts and build fluency. Throw in some money counting and communication, and you have a pretty well-rounded activity! This another one that families can make and play at home.

The Product Game (by Games for Young Minds): A fun strategy game for those students who have some general fluency with multiplication facts, but could always use more. Note that a paper printout is suggested. If I didn’t have a printer, I could easily set this up myself with good old pencil and paper.

15 Scratch: This is a game that encourages the use of all 4 operations. Promotes thinking and practice.

I Have, Who Has: A group game that can be played while social distancing!

Online Suggestions:

Quizlet: we have created this multiplication sets. They allow for targeted practice. No sign up required! Note that the adds appear throughout practice.

Prodigy (game): a popular practice platform. Add-free. No cost. Teacher can assign topics and receive ongoing feedback. Only hitch? You must sign up and create a class. Parent permission is required as data is hosted outside Canada.
